Springerbaai is an eco-friendly coastal development of approximately 438 hectares in extent, located along the Southern Cape Garden Route, West of Mossel Bay.
The estate consists of six sea orientated & grouped housing phases comprising a total of 117 full title stands.Four scenic boardwalks provide access down & over the coastal dunes to a pristine sandy beach. Public facilities include a birdhide, nursery, enterance gate a viewing deck overlooking the sweep of the Bay and several paths & trails for walking.

Architectural Building Style
The ethos of the architectural style at Springerbaai stems from the original Cape Cottage style, where the use of natural materials such as thatching reed and timber play a large role. All homes are solar and gas powered, thus allowing for a more sustainable type of home.

Road Network
In keeping with its eco-friendly, ethos, Springerbaai's roads are generally gravel however certain sections have been tarred and dusted due to steep slopes and drainage difficulties.
Communication
No Telkom lines are provided. Cellular connections for mobile phone and the internet are excellent. Satellite television signals are strong.
Power
Springerbaai does not make use of the national electricity power grid. Energy needs are drawn exclusively from solar power, gas and silenced generators.
Water
Mossel Bay municipality supplies water in bulk from the Wolwedans Dam to a reservoir on the estate. Water usage is metered at each dwelling.
